Welcome to Online Kids Quran! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the actions of your child and any content they submit while using our services.

2. Services Provided

Online Kids Quran offers online Quran courses, including but not limited to:

• Basic Quran reading for kids
• Noorani Qaida for beginners
• Quran memorization
• Basic Islamic teachings

3. Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment: To enroll in our courses, you must complete the enrollment form and provide accurate information.
• Fees: All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment details will be provided during the enrollment process.

4. Lesson Schedule and Cancellation

• Lesson Schedule: Students can schedule lessons according to their availability (2 to 5 lessons per week). Each lesson lasts 30 minutes.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that lesson.

5. Trial Lessons

We offer a free trial period of up to 3 days. Trial lessons are intended for prospective students to assess our teaching methods. If you choose to continue, regular fees will apply after the trial period.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude during lessons. Any form of disruptive behavior, disrespect towards teachers, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the student’s enrollment without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including lesson materials, website design, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Online Kids Quran. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Online Kids Quran shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
